We are excited to announce Duplin County’s Blue, Brew & Que Festival” March 25th, 2023 at the Duplin County Events Center, presented by the Events Center, Duplin County Tourism and the Duplin County Agri-Community Center Foundation. We invite you to be a part of our “Blue, Brew, & Que Festival” as a participating brewery.

The festival includes national touring bluegrass artists, NC craft breweries from North Carolina and a sanctioned BBQ cook-off. From its inception, it has been the vision of our committee to develop a unique festival that would not only appeal to a diverse regional audience, but also would draw fans from other states.

With a marketing campaign including promotions on WQDR and The Pine Cone Bluegrass Show, a Facebook campaign that has had over 9,000 clicks, our website and our print and social media campaign, we are now drawing an audience of 1,500-2,000 people to the festival from at least 23 North Carolina counties and as far away as Bristol, Tennessee.

To help ensure each participating brewery has a successful day, we are limiting participation to six breweries. We check ID at entry and provide armbands to those 21 and older. We also provide commemorative beer glasses at entry to those of legal drinking age who will be sampling or purchasing beer. As noted on the enclosed registration form, you will have a 10’ x 10’ space located close to the stage, a 6’ table and two chairs. You may bring your own tent. We will have a refrigerated truck available if you would like to bring your product the day before. You are free to choose which beers and merchandise you want to sell. We just ask that you don’t run out!

If you would like to be a participating brewery, please complete, and return the enclosed registration form along with your $100 registration fee. We also require a Certificate of Insurance for liability and liquor liability, naming both the Duplin Events Center and the Duplin County Agri-Community Center Foundation as additional insured.
