VIP Rules & Regulations

  1. VIP space rental fees and a signed copy of the registration form must be received prior to booth set-up and postmarked by March 13, 2023. No refunds will be made.
  2. No merchandise, demonstrations, or displays are allowed in the aisles. They must be kept clear for safety reasons. Festival hours are from Saturday March 25, 2023 11am – 8pm.

  3. Must keep their own space clean.

  4. The use of any items that are of an irritable nature (excessive noise & trash such as poppers & silly string) are not allowed.

  5. The Events Center, Events Center Sub Committee Board, Duplin County Board of Commissioners, Duplin County Agri-Community Foundation and Duplin County will not accept or knowingly allow the display of any item deemed questionable in nature or of a demoralizing content.

  6. The Events Center reserves the right to reject or accept any application.

  7. VIP space will be assigned upon receipt of an approved festival application. Information packets will be available at Check-In.

  8. The location of all spaces is at the discretion of the Events Center.

  9. Events Center management makes reasonable efforts to protect the property of those working at or attending the festival, but disclaims any liability for loss or damage sustained while the Festival is in progress, being set up or taken down.

  10. The Events Center, Events Center Sub Committee Board, Duplin County Board of Commissioners, Duplin County Agri-Community Foundation and Duplin County are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items or accidents.

  11. For their safety, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times on the premise.

  12. Your signature on the Registration form indicates that they have read and agreed to these guidelines and polices.

  13. NO PETS, NO CONCEALED WEAPONS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

  14. NO PROJECTILE SHOOTING OBJECTS

  15. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS
